the first coaching style is the autocratic coaching style, which is a strict form of coaching where the coach is in complete control of the participants in training sessions and is in complete control of all decisions made which are to be made. eg: a person is wishing to make a sports team but is lacking there training. the next coaching style is democratic coaching this is where the players have an input in what is happening with the coaching this style is a lot less stressful then autocratic coaching. the last one is laisse faire this is the most relaxed out of all coaching styles this is because the coach has basically any input and team does most.

sports coaching philosophy is that every one that plays has to have a good time with having good sportsmanship, young people participating must learn that winning isnt everything, i think that before and after every game each team should shake each others hands, that players should always try there hardest no matter what the situation is and finally that all players should try to not only have fun but try to improve fitness.
